We will design a canapé menu which perfectly fits your event, whether it is a book launch, private view, wedding reception or business function. We are happy to provide just a few canapés for pre-dinner drinks, or a menu designed to provide a variety of exquisite and sophisticated morsels spaced to last over the entire evening.
Hot or cold canapés and finger foods
We can provide both hot and cold canapé options and take pride in finding ever more inventive ways to serve these delicious bites, from crispy cones and canapé spoons to dehydrated beetroot crisps and cucumber cups.
Balanced offerings and special canapé menus
We recommend offering your guests a balanced menu of meat, fish and vegetarian canapé options. We are happy to cater for special dietary requirements such as gluten free canapés.
Seasonal ingredients for the freshest taste
As with all our food, wherever possible we use seasonal ingredients for our canapé receptions catering. All our meat is free range and we use sustainable fish, which we source directly from Billingsgate market so it is as fresh as possible.
In fact, our kitchen is located above Billingsgate market so we are ideally positioned for business functions in Canary Wharf and the City of London. We are happy to travel as required of course, anywhere in London within the M25, or further afield by arrangement.
